Hello! 

 

My name is Tina and my love of baking started when I was a little girl, watching my mother create the most beautiful platters of  cookies & treats for friends and family.    She spent so much time baking and adding special touches to her cookies, they were so delicious and beautiful, everyone that received them knew that love was baked into each one.

One day I stopped to admire a bakery window, full of beautiful tiered cakes,  cookies covered in icing and shiny sprinkles and cupcakes topped with mile high buttercream.    It was love:)    The customers walking out were so excited to take pink boxes full of lovely creations home.       I became inspired to learn how to create them!   I entered the Wilton Cake Decorating School where I learned so many amazing techniques to create beautiful cakes, cupcakes, cookies and more.    To compliment all that I learned at the Wilton School, I studied under some truely amazing and talented bakers and pastry chefs, continuing to learn more skills.  I had a passion for decorating beautiful cookies, cakes and cupcakes,  so in 2015 I made the decision to open The Pink Box Bake Shop, a cottage bakery, from my home in Jacksonville, Florida, where I bake for my local area.  

Each special occasion, celebration & Holiday brings something new to the Bake Shop, giving me the opportunity to create

something delicious and special:)
